The tearful statement read out on Thursday by Moroccan-born Karima El Mahroug, 21, better known by her stage name of Ruby the Heart Stealer, prompted a fierce Twitter backlash from two young models who also frequented Mr Berlusconi's parties.
"She went with half of Milan in six months," fumed Barbara Guerra, 34, who has appeared on reality shows on Mr Berlusconi's TV channels. "Go back to Morocco on the rubber dinghy you came on!"
Miss Visan also frequented Mr Berlusconi's soirées
Romanian model Ioana Visan, 25, tweeted "Go back to Morocco, prostitute!" Miss Visan also frequented Mr Berlusconi's soirées, where witnesses reported girls danced in their underwear and were groped by Mr Berlusconi, 76.
The media mogul is currently standing trial for abuse of office and paying El Mahroug for sexual relations when she was 17, and risks a 15 year sentence. Both Mr Berlusconi and Miss El Mahroug deny they had sex, and Miss El Mahroug denies working as a prostitute.
Mr Berlusconi's parties first came to light when he sought to keep Miss El Mahroug out of police custody after she was arrested on suspicion of theft. He told police she might be a relative of former Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak.
Miss Guerra has always denied the 2010 parties were orgies
Like Miss El Mahroug, Miss Guerra has always denied the 2010 parties were orgies, but she accused Miss El Mahroug of attracting the attention of the media and the courts, bringing Mr Berlusconi's social life to a grinding halt.
"She has ruined our lives and that of the prime minister just to become famous," Miss Guerra tweeted, later telling an Italian radio station: "I haven't left the house for three years – she's done nothing else but tell lies."
In a more personal attack, Miss Visan accused Miss El Mahroug of poor personal hygiene, later telling the same radio station that she appeared at the parties "badly dressed, with her nails in disarray, and without washing".
In a sign that the scandal has sparked wider rivalries and recriminations between Mr Berlusconi's stable of house guests, Miss Visan also lashed out at Nicole Minetti, the former TV showgirl and Milan councillor who is standing trial accused of pimping for Berlusconi.
"I knew her, unfortunately," Miss Visan said. "'Silicon' Nicole was jealous of everyone." Miss Visan also warned Mr Berlusconi he might have a heart attack if he continued to date Francesca Pasquale, the 27 year old former showgirl from Naples.
"She has many men, she is beautiful, likeable and courted, you know how these things go."
