Rolls Royce,Pratt & Whitney suspend Singapore projects
SINGAPORE, Feb 9 (Reuters) - Aircraft engine makers Rolls Royce (RR.L) and Pratt & Whitney have put on hold plans to build factories in Singapore because of the uncertain global economic outlook, the Straits Times reported on Monday.
Their projects, originally scheduled for completion this year, have been deferred for at least a year, the newspaper quoted the Economic Development Board, Singapore's investment agency, as saying.
