Hi Forumers
Is it ccompulsory to verify whether we are eligible to vote at the next general election by checking the details on the electorals rolls? There has been an official website "http://www.elections.gov.sg" for S'porean to access and check whether they are listed as voters.
The reason why I'm asking is because parents afraid that if they didn't check and ended up didn't go for voting, gahbrament will fine or even jail them. Dunno how true is it. Can someone advise accordingly?
