The CCTV showed a man with knife waving and yelling ROBBERY in supermart. But he only ordered the staffs to call mata, instead of ordering them to give him any cash.
Afterward he just hang around walking the supermart awaiting to be arrested.
When mata came a arrested him, he did not put up any resistance at all.
Mata searched him and found that he was actually cash loaded, NT$110,000 was found on him!
So he admitted that he was not really up to any robbery but just looking for a way to go to jail.
Because he owed huge sum to powerful gangs, and they are now giving him no place to hide, and his NT$110,000 is actually insufficient to cover the debt.
He was trying to hide from this gang by going to jail.
Jail becomes FOC safe house!
But then the judge released him immediately instead of detaining him citing that there is no risk of him fleeing.

台中發生一件離譜搶案，一位男子，身帶十一萬多的現金搶超商，持刀揮舞大喊搶劫，不過卻沒有行動，還靜待警察到場將他逮捕，警方懷疑他是假搶劫，想白白吃牢飯。
從超商監視器畫面可以看到一名男子大搖大擺走進店裡，接著拿出刀子揮舞後大喊搶劫，不過奇怪的是，他不但沒有要求店員拿錢出來，反而要求報警處理，男子在店裡晃來晃去，等太久還要店員再次報警，旁邊則有民眾買東西、結帳，警方一進來，他完全沒反抗遭逮捕。
男子身上帶著十一萬多元的現金搶超商，卻供稱欠人家錢還不出來、想躲債才會出此下策，不過雖被聲押，地院卻認為他沒有逃亡之虞，當庭釋放。(民視新聞賴政坤台中報導)
