A ringleader of a syndicate distributing pirated computer programs and films in the 1990s was jailed for six years on Thursday.
Ch'ng Kean Seng, 59, had admitted to nine charges of carrying on a business of distributing films; trying to distribute films without valid certificates; having obscene films and infringing articles for distribution; and abetting in the distribution of obscene films and uncertified films.
