Chan Lay Peng, 49, who has been suffering from an anxiety disorder for more than 20 years, pleaded guilty last month.
District Judge Ng Peng Hong told Chan on Tuesday to continue taking medicine and not miss any of the psychiatric treatment and counselling sessions.
He faces a three-month jail term if he fails to meet the conditions, the judge warned.
Court papers indicate that in March, Chan stood next to his car near a secondary school in Choa Chu Kang and exposed his private parts to a girl student.
She noted down his car licence plate number and informed her teachers.
On May 7, Chan did it again.
He was arrested and investigations revealed an even earlier offence.
In November last year, Chan sat naked from the waist downwards in his car parked near the school, and was seen fondling his penis by a student.
Chan's brother posted a $5,000 bond, which could be forfeited if probation is revoked.
