If HC was the major player in Pinky's adultery which caused his first wife death.

She has shown that she is not a responsible person to begin with.

So to invite her to manage taxpayers monies, is to invite disasters, and likewise, she will escape responsibilities.

Why wasn't there warning, if there are, why was she kept?
