Singapore has 900,000 households living in HDB. Without dipping into reserves, everything remains status quo, distribute the 15.6bil equally, every household have $16,667, not the extra $20-100. Imagine what $16,667/household can do to the economy.
You may ask how about non-HDB people. They live in Condo/landed property, they can survive without the budget from govt one la.
