When it comes to faith it's a Free market. The orang asli are free to choose as Christians too send in their priests to convert them.
But on the whole, the orangs asli are not forced to convert amd most still live the way they chose since thousands of years ago.
Now when it comes to land, that is another issue as orang asli live freely in the jungle and have no tiltes. Dispute arise when land for timber or plantation is awarded to certain groups.
