I was informed by many Owners, and Tenants that Rents have gone up across the Board, in Johor, too.

Teega 2-bedder was at 1,700 rm per month, now Owner asking for 2,300 !

Air BnB Operators boast of getting 350 per night !

Despite Josh (the Social Influencer) clip about Puteri Harbour being Deserted, the Owners keeps asking for Higher Rents.

Suspect this is because of the Singapore's High Rent situation ?

What do You think ? Sustainable ?

If you bother to travel to iskandar , there so so many empty houses out there. Medini .. puteri harbor .. kota iskandar, Sunway iskandar ..not forgetting forest city.

How on earth you earn rental as a income in Johor ? There's no business to support your foundemental of price increase. Does Johor has large manufacturing facility or some HQ situated there ?

Good for day trip. Massage , a fuck, makan , do some shopping , car repair , car wash and petrol.

It has gone up in Bukit Indah and Medini too. Units are snapped up much faster now than last year and rental is up. Many Malaysians working in SG are moving back to commute due to the surging rental there and declining RM. As long as these 2 factors stay constant I think it is sustainable.
