I just recalled before Marina Bay was about to be developed with the IR, the Minister of National Development MBT spent a lot of public funds to engage an
American consultant to think of a name for Marina Bay area.

The consutant's expensive recommendation: MARINA BAY.
That's absurd waste of public funds. The money could have been put into our reserves or used to help the poor and needy. But MBT squanderred the money on the American consultant. He raided our reserves! Imagine how many meals can we buy for the poor and needy with that money! Yet Vivian asked these poor folks to eat 3 meals with $5.

That moron does not deserve to stay as Minister of National Development.
