PEASANTPORE: The army-wide wayang safety timeout that was put in place after the national serf Liu Kai applies to White Horses mainly, said Chief of Armed Arses Brigadier-General (BG) Goh Ah Hou on Monday (Nov 5).

Corporal First Class (CFC) Liu Kai died on Saturday after he was involved in a vehicular incident at the Jalan Murai training area. He was operating a Land Rover during field training when a Bionix vehicle reversed into his vehicle.
BG Goh also hinted that if a White Horse is killed, all hell will break loose.
“If a White Horse, say Patrick Tan kenna langa by cheap personnel carrier, I think I will go Pulau Ubin to catch spiders! ,” he said.
BG Goh had earlier on Monday visited CFC Liu's wake in Woodlands. He refused to state that training violations could be the cause of the accident.
While Poodles' investigations are ongoing, an Wayang Committee of Inquiry will be convened to investigate the circumstances leading to the incident.
“Please bear with us as our SAF NCOs generally have O levels or PSLE, they are basically thugs. The officer corps adopts a factory line, we commision cadets after nine months training, our junior officers are not professionals, so they cock up from time to time,” said BG Goh.
