My office already breach Safe Measurement for having more than half of people in office, no staggered working hour and working in office eventho wfh is possible. Now they are asking us to lie to MOM officers if our company kena spot check. They ask us to lie about our working hour and lunch hour time being staggered when the truth nothing as such. The extra people that are in office also will get up and leave the office saying they have to go to site if MOM come when actually they are actually working at office fulltime and will only go out and linger somewhere else until MOM is gone. So now I feel worried whether I should follow them to lie or tell MOM the truth if we kena interview? If tell truth scare company know someone tell MOM but if I lie to gov officer, will there be any consequences?
