Will appreciate if anyone can recommend a Halal restaurant which is cheap and good. Good service is considered a bonus.

- can hold about 60 ppl
- prefer in central/city area, Orchard or Geylang Serai
- 2 to 3 star is good enough.
- Coffeeshop also can as long as can hold abt 60 ppl

Thank You

A 8 -10 course Dinner:

- Exclude fast food & veg restaurant

I think you are more or less confined to a 3 star hotel. I can't recall any Halal restaurants with that kind of capacity and able to handle 8 to 10 courses. Try Peninsular / Excelsior.
