Has anyone watched the programme on Tue (7 Oct 08) 10:30pm over Ch 8 entitled "Jia Chuan Cai" - Recipe Handed Down From The Older Generations of The Family..?

It's about Hainanese cuisine handed down from the older generations of the family. The dishes look delicious. It seems that one family member has actually opened an eating outlet specializing those jia chuan cai.

I don't seem to see the location of the outlet. Does anyone know where is it? Many thanks.

Those who knows how to cook good food...no need worry about living...can make a small business and survive any crisis.

Unlike those what professional I.T jobs...got replaced by FT and yearly have
to fork out and go and learn what new software/hardware stuff....
