Wah! Already so many new immigrants come into Singapore but Singaporeans don't know who these people are. If you were at a school or a workplace and there are a lot of new workers from another country or company or school I think your principal will welcome them and also find ways so that the old and the new can find out more about each other.
But the pappies like so scared to tell us who these new million over people are. We only see pingpong players and rich ang mohs in the papers. recently they show some PRCs buying flats.
But do we know them. DO the PRCs and the yindians know about how Singapore is and how Singapore can be multiracial. DO the pappies teach them about us and do the pappies teach us about these new Singaporeans?
Unfortunately, the pappies only interested in increasing the GDP and think nothing about assimilation of the new immigrants and how older Singaporeans take to these new immigrants.
I sense trouble ahead and maybe that may be good for certain groups of people. When there is trouble, there are people who find way to make money and to empower themselves.
