Reason why many sporns don't hang flags !

Dont imagine that no flags mean these sporns are not happy with PApees.

Many of them are still quiet PAP supporters.

To many, hanging flags could be hypocrites or working for PAP, some may think they are running dogs or traitors who sell sinkapore out.

So, many prefer to go with the crowd, better not hang flags.

But when come to elections, they still go for the PAP bondage becos voting is secret mah.

Hang flag people can see which unit you live.
Live in fear remember ? Say pledge no people can see at home.

See the typical sporns actions, vote for casinos but they dont send their children to casinos to work. This is a big character problem that will kill sinkapore soon.....

I think it's just the hassle of washing or having to go and get new ones when it fades. The most important thing is the significance of doing so and not for "show". No other country I know does that kind of flag hanging. If people measured their loyalty by putting flag on occasions, I would be more worried.

Yes. Taiwanese people would hang flags of the parties at elections to vie for attention. But not national flags since they are one nation, there is only one flag, there is no need to compete (although the flag is a KMT logo it doesn't matter).

If these grassroots chaps competed on whose estate had more flags, then we are on the contrary a very divisive nation. Hence I hope the RCs don't overdo and think it's some kind of competition.
