Food that are edible doesn’t mean it doesn’t cause damages to human body.

Hepatitis is liver inflammation, not caused by some mysterious virus. Taking vaccines for such health issue will never prevent anything and since it’s a inflammatory issue, it doesn’t transmit to others.
