Phone suddenly switches to Indonesian telco network...but I'm in Raffles Place!

STOMPer Wee was surprised when her friend's mobile phone suddenly switched to an Indonesian telco network service, even though they were at Timbre in Raffles Place.

Said the STOMPer:

"This happened yesterday evening (Mar 24), when we were at Timbre.

"The Indonesian telco network service suddenly came on, and my friend had to manually switch it back to her SingTel network.

"I wonder how that happened!"
