Finland neutrality is the result of a peace settlement after a bout of war with russia. I think same with sweden.

Hungary does not have a port to import the lng. Besides russian lng is way cheaper than US LNG.
Germany, poland and baltic states will be biggest loser.
France mostly nuclear. If lng, they can get from former colony Algeria
