WP is on the right track, they raise proposals and suggestions, and now PAP is responding and debating on their terms , this is right mood for elections---debate on your oppo terms !
But please remember, engaging the voters is still the main task !
Like the Public housing, I can tell you HDB sure dares not tell the voters the cost of HDB- flat construction, and land cost for HDB flats is a big problem becos HDB peg HDB land price to the chief valuer , this is a wrong concept becos you are dealing with public housing which land is leased ! Land owner is HDB not leaseholders!
What about dormitory built for FT workers, is the land leased ? What about the price they rent ?
These days, dormitories are built like condos , and many are permanent , one can see them at end of Tampines ave 10 !
About public transport, WP can now take a good look at first-world cuntries’ public transport like HK, Japan, especially Taiwan , just to name a few near Sinkapore ! You can see whether these countries run public transport on profit or a public service to the people !
Have you guys sit the fast speed train from Taipei to Chiayi ? Sinkaporean elderly also got heavy subsidy---real subsidy right ?
You see, most sinkapore voters go on tour at these cuntries don’t realise what is happening ! They only complain sinkaporean chilli is better right !
About track record of political party, this is a dead serious issue !
Stupid voters still think PAP got track record running town councils , you oppo must remind the voters that they keep giving mandate only to one party , of course, this party got track record right, tell the voters to give other party a chance also.
Track record is not created by PAP, it is the mandate that created the track record !
WP is on the right move, let them debate on their terms.
