They are not maids but they stay in your house helping to improve spoken mandarin for your kids and may be yourself also lah.... he he.... This is like last time when you have "Ma Jie" in Singapore.... I recalled Lee Wei Ling said she got a Ma Jie from Canton last time.

This is different. We are not recruiting highly educated "Ma Jie" cum Chinese tuition teacher all blend into 1. They sleep in your house and provide a mandarin speaking environment to your house 24/7. Obviously, these nannies would have to be recruited from northern China with good perfect mandarin diction.

Dong Bei PRC girls would be most ideal... esp those from Harbin... they can speak perfect mandarin, in addition to other good qualities they may have... he he

they can help increase the population in the household and ultimately in the country, which helps fill the ranks of the SAF 18 years from now. they will also boost up the divorce rate.

Dear Kojakbt,

With due respect, there are many concerns over such moves in Hong Kong in recent months. They wanted to allow PRC to become domestic maids but the first concern is about these PRCs becoming mistresses of the husbands.

Look at Singapore, mothers that accompany their children to study here have become sex workers and mistresses of the men here, any woman in their right mind would dare to allow PRCs to sleep and work in their homes?
