Well-known plastic surgeon Woffles Wu Tze Liang was on Wednesday charged in a district court over getting an elderly employee to take the rap for him for two speeding offences.
Court papers stated that Wu, 52, had abetted Mr Kuan Yit Wah to provide misleading information to the police on two occasions.
