Peasantpore's Imperial Court will stage a wayang debate regarding a host of issues when it sits on Monday, 10 September. Peasants expects more decrees to be passed with some prickly questions dismissed or summarily put aside as irrelevant. Some silly questions are including the tender and procurement process for the purchase of Brompton bicycles for baboons in NParks, cycling lane demands from arty farty bapok cyclists, and safety concerns on MRT trains.
Peasants' Representatives have tabled 77 questions for debate.
Another 23 questions have been tabled for written reply by minions.
NParks' purchase of the Brompton bicycles will be brought up again or known as Brompton Affair. Peasants' Representatives will ask about the specifics of the tender and procurement process for these expensive bicycles, an update on the procedural investigation as well as the budget set for the purchase of such items. Penang Laksa Khaw, former Health Minion underspend on healthcare but generously ok the purchase of $2700 bicycles to make his lackeys happy.
Another matter up for debate is the safety of cyclists and how to potentially outlaw cycling into the traffic system in Peasantpore. No Porn Lui is expected to tell cyclists to kill themselves instead in parks rather than road because they do not pay taxes.
Toilet Bowl Lee Wah Wah will ask about plans to downplay the safety and health of passengers travelling on overcrowded MRT trains. She probably wants to downgrade safety measures as it will lower profit margins for the nationalised train cartels. Peasants understand Wah Wah will probably ask SMRT to tell peasants to bring their own face masks if they are sick or wash their faces in toilet bowls before boarding overcrowded trains.
Nominated representative, Educated Ape Eugena Tan will ask if the regime wants to use the breaches of rules and regulations governing outdoor rallies by political opposition parties during the last three general elections and the recent by-election. He is trying to get into Ruler Loong's good books by suggesting the use of this old Legalist trick to threaten political pariahs who poke fun at Tinpot Ling.
This educated Ape will ask if the regime had exercised any control or influence over the media during the Hougang Procedural by-Erection campaign in May 2012. State mouthpieces are on the record for taking daily pot shots at Labour's Png Ah Png, the eventual winner of the Erection.
Following the debate on bills, One of the top best loser of Procedural Erections 2012, Yee Jong Jong will attempt to take some potshots on the motion "proposal for transforming the peasant childcare sector" for 20 minutes. He is expected to call CurryMah's bluff of learning from the Nordic countries. It is a well known fact that the regime is sending those minions for a holiday and talk fest with no intention of understanding how the Nordic city states manage to arrest declining birth rates without employing million dollar stipends minions like Lim Ah Hiang.
A Minion is expected to reply to Labour's Yee's proposal.
