The resale price sure shoot up.

Local sporns will not able to buy resale flats, becos owners sell flats must see who got the highest bid, highest COV, since HDB approves this daylight robbery.

Local sporns have to wait for new flats but they still face another problem---the new citizens. Every year tens of thousands of PRs are upgraded to citizens to boost up the new flats price!

Two ways for local sporns also die. Sleep at park and bench can keenna fine.

HDB is a huge scam to make tons of $$$ from sporeans.
HDB flats are public housing so you dont really own it.

Why should 80% of sporeans live in public housing? I tot spore is a rich and developed country? It should be 90% live in private housing.
