To me, it is the COP grasping at straws.

You don't need the COP or the media to tell you what to think.

Read it for yourself, and then tell me that this shows Pritam told Raeesah to lie, or that he told her to cover up the lie.

As I've said, the COP report is a political hit-job, draped in the stinking wayang of "protecting the integrity of Parliament."

RS is either a credible witness or she is not.

She was depicted as the mother of all pariahs when it became public knowledge that she lied more than once in Parliament. However, when she started speaking against WP she was portrayed as the victim who was "thrown under the bus" by her party leaders.

If RS is not credible, then whatever she says has to be taken with a pinch of salt. If COP now thinks that whatever she says is the new gospel truth, then perhaps the COP should turn their focus on the truth of her original assertion - the police treatment of victims of sexual assault. The original assertion has long been forgotten, it seems.
