Woman scratches foot and talks loudly on MRT

STOMPer MRTlover spotted this woman scratching her foot and talking loudly on the MRT, and wonders when Singaporeans will carry themselves more gracefully.

Says the STOMPer:

"I saw this woman scratching her foot and talking loudly in the train.

"We've seen many similar photos of people's crude antics and unsightly behaviour in our MRTs.

"Does this truly characterise being 'Singaporean'?

"Have we not learnt enough to carry ourselves more gracefully, especially with all our recent efforts in promoting Singapore (eg the Youth Olympic Games)."

Balls itch, must scratch what. Better than Ah Neh FTs, scratch already will smell fingers.

Can someone explain why Indian FTrash - both the Bangalas and the well-to-do ones - like to sayang their feet, especially in aircon and then touch their faces and even smell their hands? Was told that they are often seen doing this in the MRT.
