“她的双手被网线反绑在床头，被割伤的双腕血流不止，床前瓷砖上殷红一片，一名黑衣男子拿着墩布来回拖着地上的血。”11月3日晚8时许，近邻小黄自称看到了这一幕。
11月3日，家住广州市天河区雅怡街某小区住宅楼楼顶的曾丽（化名）发帖转租房屋，不曾想租房客竟是劫匪，伤人劫财后，还意图强奸。
不巧，劫匪关闭的一扇窗引起了近邻小黄的注意，随后，从天而降的天河警方现场抓获劫匪。
11月4日凌晨0时30分许，记者在医院外科急诊室见到了曾丽，她向记者回忆了这场不可思议的遭遇。
案发
转租贴竟“引狼入室”
“房子干净，光线好，房子里配有床……花园里还有个小石桌，晚上和朋友坐在外面喝茶聊天，感觉挺惬意的。租金800元，联系人曾丽。”一个普通得不能再普通的出租房屋的帖子，却给是20多岁的曾丽引来一场不期之祸。
该栋9层高的住宅楼的楼顶只有曾丽一间小屋，其他的空地被用来养花和纳凉。曾丽是天河区雅怡街附近一家化妆品店的老板，她于7月份租住在那里。近来生意不好，曾丽在转掉了店铺后，决定搬到亲戚家居住，并决定在11月5日之前把未到期的这间出租屋转租出去。
11月3日下午3时许，曾丽先后在赶集网和58同城发布了如上文所述的房屋出租信息，并配发了多张室内实景图片。2小时后，一个陌生男子打来电话，曾丽和他约定当天晚上7点半看房。该男子很守时，曾丽发现他身高约1米75，一身黑衣黑裤黑皮鞋，空着双手，并未带包。
“看上去还挺斯文的。”曾丽说，该男子在屋里看了一圈后便承诺要租住，并提出要先支付200元定金，让她写张收条。但此后的事却让她惊出一身冷汗——当她转身蹲在床边写收条时，男子悄步把房门关上，随即转身来到小曾背后用胳膊勒住她。
攫取信任后意图强奸
曾丽回忆说，当时该男子用胳膊死死地卡住了她的脖子，她试图挣扎，岂料该男子自带的一把匕首瞬间划开了她双腕的血管，鲜血很快流满曾丽双手，地面的瓷砖上也是殷红一片。曾丽猜测匕首可能是该男子来前放置在兜里，“匕首很新很锋利，他似乎也很激动，将我手腕割得很深。”
匕首伤人后，该男子用随身带来的宽式透明胶布封上了曾丽的嘴，使她无法呼喊。这时曾丽发现该男子真正的意图——他从曾丽的手提包里并没有找到太多现金，于是强迫她说出银行卡密码。
得到密码后，该男子用屋里闲置的网线将曾丽双手反绑。为了使曾丽不能发出一点声音，他还割下了曾丽身边一条裙子的一角塞进她的嘴里。
翻箱倒柜之后，该男子又把她从地上抱到床上，用网线把她的手腕和床头绑在一块。期间，该男子将小屋朝向楼道内的窗户关上了。
曾丽称，该男子并没有找到太多值钱的东西，因而变得烦躁起来。“他一会儿在地上来回走，一会儿又拿起墩布来回地拖地上的血。”
再之后的情景至今让曾丽惊魂未定。目击者小黄提供的解救现场照片显示，曾丽被绑在床头，内衣、裤放在床边，上衣被撩到腹部上端，下身则一丝不挂，床头被绑处一片血迹。曾丽称，可能是没翻到钱，该男子想强奸她，但因警察很快赶到，强奸并未得逞。

邻居爬楼顶透过排风口发现案情
目击者小黄住在9楼的另一侧。小黄说，当晚8时许，他去照看楼顶的鸽子，上楼梯时发现事发出租屋靠楼道开的窗户意外地关上了，“通常都是开着的，这让我觉得奇怪”。
小黄称他还听到了翻东西的杂音，于是决定去看个究竟。他翻过楼道中间一米五高的围墙，顺梯而上，来到了楼顶花园。事发屋内亮着灯，透过小屋的排风口里风扇叶片的缺口，小黄看到了室内情况。
“她被绑在床上，地上都是血。”小黄说，他受到了惊吓，并没有第一时间报警，而是找到了9楼另一侧的住户小陈。
小黄表示，催促小陈报警后，他去楼下通知了小区保安。为了堵住黑衣男子，3名保安驻守在9楼。警察随后赶到。
“嘭”的一声巨响，黑色房门被一脚踹开。“不许动”，身在最前面的警察大喝一声。黑洞洞的枪口对准了黑衣男子的头部。“那个男的当时都吓傻了，站在那里木木的，一句话也不敢说”，带着相机记录了整个过程的小黄说。
据了解，该男子被抓时穿戴整齐，脚上还穿着皮鞋，双手被网线反绑着，一名辅警将他按在地上。小黄称，劫匪是他和保安一块反绑上的。

被解救出来后，曾丽被民警送往了附近的广州市天河区红十字会医院进行救治。11月4日凌晨0时30分许，记者在医院外科急诊室见到曾丽时，她半倚在病床上，一副很虚弱的样子。
她的左手腕部缠着白色绷带，右手腕部至大拇指处也被纱布紧紧包裹。双手指缝和手掌掌纹里还残存着业已发黑的血迹，粉红色的裤腿上也是血迹斑斑。值班护士表示小曾右手大拇指的手筋被利器割断，接下来需要进行大拇指接筋手术。
4日下午，记者从医院获悉，曾丽的手术已顺利完成，但若恢复不好也会影响手指的功能发挥。目前，案件还在进一步调查中。
昨日记者获悉，事后当地街道办颁给小黄、小陈见义勇为奖金，小黄亲自把1000元奖金捐给了曾丽。
质疑
救人者被疑偷窥
小黄举报劫匪一事传开之后，不少网友觉得小黄报警一事过于蹊跷：第一，小黄为什么第一时间发现现场不及时报警，却让他人报警；第二，为何对曾丽家窗户的开与关那么敏感，还翻过1.5米的高墙爬到楼顶透过 排风口看到案发，这是否长期偷窥习惯所致。
据事发小区一位不愿具名的女性知情者说，她也是该楼住户，同时又是附近一家健身房的员工，几个月前，曾丽去健身房办健身卡时，两人相互认识，因为家住得近，曾丽还不时去她家串门。
这位女知情人告诉记者，曾丽曾不止一次告诉她，晚上洗澡时被一个男子偷窥。曾丽也告诉记者，这位知情人曾说见到过小黄在排风口偷窥曾丽的房间。不过，她说，她并不能确定小黄就是偷窥者。
对于被质疑偷窥一事，小黄予以否认，并称被冤枉偷窥“很委屈”。至于为何能巧碰此案，他说，实因他本身工作很注重细节。
