Who gave these PRC nationals permission to plant veggies on state soil?

living_the_kampong_spirit_doesnt_mean-thumbnail.jpg

STOMPer Public Enemy believes that two supposed Chinese nationals who've planting vegetables on the rooftop garden, misintepreted the MP's slogan of "Our Canberra, Our Kampong", thinking that they can use a public area to grow their own vegetables.

Says this STOMPer:

"I saw a Chinese elderly man and woman planting vegetables on the roof garden of Blk 469 Admiralty Drive the other day.

"They looked like foreigners, maybe China Nationals.

"Question is, who gave them permission to plant their greenies on state soil?

"Our MP's Slogan "Our Canberra, Our Kampong" must have been misintepreted by these people.

"They are turning our beautiful estate into a 'Kampong' instead of living up the Kampong spirit among the residents.

"Since the influx of PRCs moving into this estate, it has become messy.

"I hope that the Residents' Committee (RC) can give an explanation or can do something about this matter.

"I posted this on STOMP instead of calling up the RC because I know the RC's always monitoring STOMP."

Hey, there is nothing wrong about planting food right... haha...

i thought that the economic crisis would bother everyone that there may be food shortages, and these people are planting food...

in usa, and uk, they already started neighbourhood food planting... amist the economic crisis... haha... i personally think it's okay to plant vegetables...

Makapa, you are as stupid and as an idiot as the stomper.

How do you know that the one who planted those veges are really from PRCs? cant they be Singaporeans?

The stomper is complaining because he dont like what he saw, that doesnt mean that those veges are not done by RCs. and with that stupidty in mind, you have joined in?

Are you a Singaporean after all? Dont you know that planting flowers or fruit trees or even veges had been carried out since the 1st tree planting campaign?

talk about a bunch of morons.
