The man, who seems to be a Chinese national, did this during peak hour, the STOMPer said.

Writes sijie in his email contribution (Oct 21):

"A man (looks like a Chinese national) is lying down with three-quarters of his body on the floor in the Circle Line MRT.

"I think it is not good as it was during peak hour... That's a lot of people in the train."

"Firstly she was sitting on the reserved seat.

"Secondly she was eating on the bus.

"Thirdly she was talking so loudly on her handphone.

"Driver took no action. What is happening to my country? Is it still my country?"
