【明報專訊】廣東陸豐烏坎村被圍數日後，逾千特警昨日凌晨採取行動，在發射數十枚催淚彈和用水炮開路後，強行攻入村內，搜捕被指9月騷亂時組織打砸 圍攻警察的村民代表，村民則砍倒大樹、拉起鐵鏈做路障，並向入村特警投擲磚塊，雙方都有人受傷，最後特警在逾萬村民阻擋下撤出烏坎村。有村民威脅不惜以自 焚方式抗爭。
陸豐新聞辦昨晚公布，一名被拘的村民薛錦波在被羈押第3日「心源性猝死」，已通知家屬善後。
凌晨敲鑼通知 與特警對峙
烏 坎村村民因不滿土地被村官私賣，自9月21日起多次抗議，並引發騷亂。官方上周五（9日）通報指事件背後有「境外敵對勢力」介入，同時搜捕村民代表，取締 村內「非法組織」，目前已有5名村民被陸豐公安局刑事拘留。村民獲悉後即在每個村口派出80至100人持棍棒把守，日夜不敢鬆懈。而當局則不斷調派特警和 防暴警前往當地，令氣氛緊張。
昨日凌晨4時30分，守夜的村民發現大批特警在村口外1公里處集結，於是敲響銅鑼，緊急通知所有村民，雙方在村口對峙。
據村民透露，警方此次行動目的是要搜捕一名姓林的村民代表，當局指他帶頭組織了9月21日的圍攻打砸公安的行動，村民則認為那並非是個人行為，堅持不讓特警進村，「他是代表我們全村的村民利益，當局要拉就拉所有村民。」
水炮車開路硬闖不果
到 清晨6點，特警暫時撤退，大批村民走出村口，砍倒樹木，試圖在村口佈置路障，預防特警車輛衝入，豈料撤退的特警掉頭返回，並向村民施放數十枚催淚彈，催淚 彈爆開後引發草地大火，逾千特警在水炮車開路下驅散村口的村民，衝入村內。不過入村後即遭到逾萬村民包圍，部分村民用磚塊投擲特警，在一輪衝突後，特警終 在7時許撤走。
村民向本報表示，目前圍村的特警全部撤返市政府附近休整，但相信當局一定不會就這樣罷休，昨日村民曾開大會，有人主張一旦被警方入村，應組織單身村民以引爆石油汽罐自焚方式抗爭。
