農委會漁業署今天晚間表示，20日凌晨發生喋血案的「穩鵬」號漁船，經漁業署24小時監控中心連線執行聲東擊西策略，今天救出2名傷患，除落海船員6名，已救出全數15人，僅剩凶嫌還在船上。

漁業署副署長林國平指出，東港籍「穩鵬」號鮪釣漁船於台灣時間20日凌晨1時44分，在印度洋公海發生菲律賓籍船員械鬥的喋血案，漁業署接獲通報後立即洽請國家搜救指揮中心及外交部等單位，請案發海域附近國家搜救單位協助救援。
他說，今天能救出最後2名傷患，是透過協助救援的2艘友船高雄籍「上豐3號」及「鴻福88號」漁船，與24小時監控中心連線，執行共議的聲東擊西策略，引開凶嫌後，再派人登船把2名傷患救出。
他說，因此，扣除落海船員6名，已救出全數15名人員；這2名重傷人員已由高雄籍「上豐3號」漁船，漁業署並已洽請外交部及國家搜救指揮中心，協調馬爾地夫及英屬查哥斯群島當地的救援單位派直升機救援重傷人員，要載送到馬爾地夫或相關鄰近國家送醫。
漁業署表示，目前「穩鵬」號漁船上還有行兇的菲律賓籍船員1人，已經協調高雄籍「鴻福88號」漁船在旁監看，並將持續進行後續行動，與相關單位保持聯繫，提供必要之協助。
關於之前的案發及援救情況，漁業署說明，菲律賓籍大副因船員管教問題，持刀砍殺船員，當場2名外籍船員重傷死亡，並有11名船員被趕下船落海；經「鴻福88號」、「上豐3號」等2艘友船及相關單位通力合作，「鴻福88號」漁船於20日先救起5名外籍船員，「鴻福88號」及「上豐3號」於21日再救起8名人員。
漁業署補充，「穩鵬」號漁船為赴印度洋海域作業的鮪釣漁船，船全長37.5公尺，船噸位255噸，船上包括船長共有2名台籍船員（船長陳振茂、輪機長高信光），以及1名台籍觀察員（楊文斌），還有10名菲律賓籍船員，11名印尼籍船員，合計24名船員。
