OPEC Rep1: Hey i tot we cut down output, how come the prices are still fallin?

OPEC Rep2: Maybe you can ask your Hamas brothers in Gaza to create some conflict to drive up the oil prices!

OPEC Rep3: Okay I will get on to it. Dun forget to inform our bagel friends to buy oil futures!!
