Overheard this at lunch.

Seems likethe GLASSLUTS have been given "secret" info to lure them and their families to invest in S'pore properties.

"Secret" info says sure make money. But invest only if you can afford.

So many of such PORLUMPARS now with "secret" info and those that have paid up their HDB flats in full after 2-3 decades have decided to BUY CONDOS with the intention of renting out their HDBs and moving into the condos.

What these PORLUMPARS do not know is that they only have HALF the "secret" info.

The other half ot the "secret" info is:
........once these people have purchased condos and find that the values of the condos have shrunk by more than 30%, they would have no choice but to sell their HDBs to new FTs.......

SUCKERS....no one is indespensible....not even PORLUMPARS!!

Eh?..KNN, I also overheard a secret discussion amongst the Elites and those ex-peasants moving from pigeon holes to condoms, that the peasants who can't afford to 'move out' of their heartlands are filled with envy and are passing bad rumours about this 'mad condom' buying spree, hoping that these richer peasants don't move out to leave a void for undesirable FTs to take over!
