In August 2009, she joined the National Population Secretariat, where she led efforts to restructure the Secretariat into the National Population and Talent Division.

So she got in charge of gatekeeper and make sure our door is not open wide wide to foriegner? Or is it not her duty? If she is the in charge then 2009 and 2010 are the year when foreigner come in TOO FAST like PM said, then why give promotion to MP after screw up the job?

Or she is not the one in charge? Can someone clear the air?
