中央氣象局最新颱風動態指出，今天上午11時暴風圈已籠罩花蓮、台東、台南以南，東半部雨已經明顯增強，中午之後有機會登陸恆春半島或台東南端附近，白鹿速度上比較快，預估在下午或傍晚就會出海進到台灣海峽南部。

風力部分，氣象局觀測，上午11時30分，蘭嶼出現最大陣風是12級，其次是玉山11級、台東10級，台北受颱風外圍環流及地形效應影響，鞍部也測到9級陣風。
氣象局預測，東半部可望在下午脫離颱風警報範圍，西半部陸上警報，預計晚上才會解除。
今天氣溫部分，東半部及雲林以南高溫28至30度左右，其他地區高溫32至34度，金門因颱風沉降高溫約36度左右。
