Why doesn’t NTUC Income Jurong branch issue queue numbers to manage the line?

STOMPer ew888 wonders why the NTUC Income branch at Jurong not issue queue numbers to the line of people queuing up to renew their insurance even though they have the machine to do so.

The STOMPer recounted the incident which took place today (Apr 24) at around noon.

“I was at the NTUC Income branch in Jurong.

“There were so many seats around, but we still needed to queue up without using the queue number machine from is available there

“Are the staff trying to save costs on their electrical bill?”
