Police looking for two men to help with investigations

SINGAPORE: Police are looking for two men to help in their investigations into two separate cases of cheating.
In the first case, a woman transferred more than S$400,000 to a man as an investment on several occasions between May 2009 and December 2010.
After receiving the money, the man became uncontactable.
Police are looking for Lim Cheng Chai, a man in his 50s, to assist them in their investigations.
In the second case, which happened between December 2009 and June 2010, police received several reports about a man who claimed to be a renovation contractor.
The victims said the man could not be reached after collecting deposits for renovation work.
Police believe Lim Kwai Wing, a man believed to be in his 50s, can assist in their investigations.
