The police are searching for a man, pictured above, to assist with investigations into a case of outrage of modesty.
The act was reported as having occurred in the vicinity of Bedok Reservoir Road on May 16.
The man sought after by the police is of medium build with a tanned complexion and tattoos on his back. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt with a pair of jeans.
