Police looking for man involved in outrage of modesty case

SINGAPORE - Police are looking for the man shown in the image above to assist with investigations into a case of outrage of modesty.
Police said the incident occurred inside a train travelling from Bugis towards City Hall on Monday (July 21).
The man is believed to be in his 30s or 40s and is about 1.65m to 1.7m tall. He is bald, plump and tanned, and was last seen wearing a sleeved shirt and long pants, and carrying a black bag.
