Police looking for man involved in loanshark harassment

SINGAPORE - Police are looking for the man shown in the photo to assist with investigations into a case of loanshark harassment reported at Blk 24 Marsiling Drive on March 29 this year.
He was last seen wearing a brown cap, a dark colour v-neck T-shirt and a pair of dark pants.
