The police are looking for a man to assist in the investigations into two cases of outrage of modesty that occurred in the Kim Keat Link area.
He is Chinese, between 1.5 and 1.7m, and of slim build.
Anyone with information is requested to call the police hotline at 1800-255-0000. All information will be kept strictly confidential.
The police advise the public to avoid walking alone in dimly-lit, secluded areas, as well as to stay alert and be attentive to surroundings.
If you suspect that you are being followed, remain calm and proceed to the nearest crowded area or call the police to seek help.
