Police looking for man in outrage of modesty case

SINGAPORE - Police are looking for the man in the photograph to assist with investigations into a case of outrage of modesty.

The case was reported at Pasir Ris Central at about 11.50pm on June 28.

The man police are looking for was last seen wearing a grey short-sleeve shirt with dark pants.
