The police are looking for information on a woman who has stolen from at least 10 elderly men.
She would approach them under various pretexts and lure them to staircase landings to take whatever cash and valuables they had on them.
The woman, who is described to be plump with messy short black hair, and between 50 and 60 years old, has struck in areas like Bukit Merah, Yishun and Jurong East.
In all the cases reported, the men only realised that their money was missing after the woman had left.
In some cases, she hugged them to distract them. Anyone with information should call the police hotline on 1800 255 0000.
