The police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of 78-year-old Ng Kah Lan.
He was last seen on Dec 11 at Block 427, Clementi Ave 3 at about 6am.
He was wearing a blue checkered short sleeved shirt with brown long pants, and was carrying a grey haversack with a pink side pocket.
He is described as being 1.6m tall and slim.
Anyone with information on Mr Ng's whereabouts may call the police hotline at 1800-255-0000.
