Police are appealing for the next-of-kin of Francis Leong Peng Chong to come forward.

The 72-year-old passed away on Wednesday at Block 7 King George's Avenue.

The next-of-kin or anyone with information on the deceased can call the Police hotline at 1800-255-0000.
