Police are appealing for anyone with information on the whereabouts of a Chinese man .
Mr Cheah Kim Heon, 55, was last seen at Blk 307 Jurong East Street 32 on Aug 13, 2011 at about 10am. He is about 1.65m tall, of slim built, light tan complexion and has black hair.
He was last seen wearing a white shirt with blue pants.
Anyone with information on Mr Cheah's whereabouts can call the Police Hotline at 1800-255-0000.
