Police are looking for the man shown in the picture, believed to be in his 30s, to assist with investigations into two cases of handphone theft.

The thefts took place on Oct 27 in two shops - the first along Upper Bukit Timah Road and the second at Lorong Kilat at about 3.50pm and 4.10pm respectively.

The man was last seen wearing spectacles, a beige short-sleeved T-shirt and dark-coloured pants, and carrying a dark-coloured bag.
