Police appeal for information about theft from vehicle

SINGAPORE - Police are appealing for information on the man shown in the photograph below to assist with investigation into a case of Theft from Vehicle reported from a carpark in the vicinity of Yishun Ring Road on 24 February 2014.
The male subject is believed to be in his 20s, bespectacled, with tanned complexion and a moustache. He was last seen wearing black long-sleeved polo t-shirt with white stripes and dark coloured bermudas.
