Police appeal for info on bicycle theft

SINGAPORE - Police are looking for the man in the above picture to assist with investigations into a case of bicycle theft reported in the vicinity of Serangoon North Avenue 1 on April 5 this year.
The man is believed to be a Chinese man, aged between 25 and 35, with short hair and of a medium build.
He was last seen wearing a light coloured t-shirt and blue shorts.
Anyone with information can call the police hotline at 1800-2550000.
The police assured members of the public all information will be kept strictly confidential.
